Seating
Seating is on a "first come – first served” basis, and seating is limited. You'll need to bring pen and paper for notes, as well as a calculator. When your tuition payment is verified, your seat will be reserved for the school you select. You may transfer to a different class with three weeks' notice and there is no charge for transferring. However, waiting beyond the three-week time frame will necessitate your waiting for the next scheduled class. Fees
The tuition includes an instruction manual and other study and resource materials. Tuition is subject to change. Once a student has completed a class, he/she may return anytime for a refresher for that class at no additional cost. If the class is already full when you want to return, we will add your name to a waiting list. Waiting List
If there are no classes immediately available which fit your schedule, we'll place you on a waiting list and notify you of any cancellations that might allow you to join that particular class. Your position on the waiting list will be in the same order in which you made your reservation. s |

Cancellation Policy
All students may receive a full refund if cancelled prior to 1 week to the start of class and students who cancel after that may receive a partial refund if cancelled up to 2 days prior to the class less $200 for class materials. If cancelled after this 2-day period, there are no refunds available unless class has been cancelled, in which a full refund will be available. All refund requests must be made in the timeframes stated above by email by clicking here REFUNDS - phone request or mail request will not be acceptable. Special Note We accept payment through credit card on the web (see website registration) or by Cashiers Check or Money Orders ONLY. We no longer accept personal checks unless previously authorized.
